I once talked to a club President who convinced a member to wait a few months to register her ACS because "the club didn't need it".<br />I pointed out that the member needed it, and the club was healthy enough with a good core of senior members that the AC requirements wouldn't be a problem - and if it was, he had more to worry about than getting the 'point'.<br />The member registered her ACS the following week.
