You may notice all the entries in this blog are gone. This is because I have made the decision to close the blog permanently. It was not an easy decision, but it has been one I have been debating for a number of months.
I tried to get back involved in it recently, there were a rash of entries every few days. As I re-read those entries I noticed my tone is irritable, annoyed, and even angry. I am not enjoying writing this blog anymore. I do not enjoy what I see from people who respond to posts. I do not enjoy what I see from people who use my posts to fill their own publications.
I have a new project to focus on. People I talked to about this idea think this new project would be relevant to my readers. While I agree, I have too many other things to focus on right now.
This post will remain up for at least the next year. It will probably be about that time that I can move forward on my new project.

- Sara Marks, DTM, has been a member of Toastmasters for over 7 years. She is currently a member of AccelOrators Advanced Club in District 31 and serving as the club webmaster. In the past she served as Area B1 Governor achieving Distinguished Area status. She has successfully led a failing club to Presidential Distinguished Status. She has coached an advanced club, AccessOrators in Concord, MA, to Select Distinguished status. Sara has served as PRO for District 31. She works as an academic librarian teaching students how to do research, how to evaluate sources of information and the value of quality research sources.

Sometimes the best thing to do is focus on your passion and eliminate everything else.
Sounds like it wasn't a slow day when you made this decision.
